A Caring Visitor...
Visiting is usually 1-2 times per month unless the volunteer chooses to make more visits.
Friendly visits are 1-2 hours and provide companionship and assistance.
Volunteers ARE able to assist with some light household duties like sorting mail, writing addresses on cards, putting away groceries, and/or holiday decorating.
Volunteers are NOT able to perform any personal care assistance such as showering, dressing. laundry, or household cleaning.
Volunteers are NOT able to assist with legal paperwork, finances, medical forms, administering medication or personal healthcare needs.
